Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Welcome to Drive Happy (drivehappy.club). By browsing or buying from this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

About the shop

Drive Happy sells made-to-order vintage car art posters, framed posters (black or white wood frames) and tees. We're based in Dana Point, California. Our store runs on Shopify, and our products are produced and shipped by our print partner, Gelato, and its carriers.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, for reasons such as payment problems, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or if we can't produce or ship it.
• Because our products are made to order, production can start soon after you pay. See our Shipping Policy for timing and our Refund Policy for cancellations, damage and defects.
• Product photos and mockups are for illustration. Colors may look slightly different on screen than in print, and frame wood grain can vary a little from piece to piece.

Prices, shipping and taxes

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Discounts and promotions

• Discount codes and promotions (such as WELCOME10) follow the rules shown with the offer and may change or end without notice.
• Discounts can't be combined unless an offer clearly says otherwise. Only one discount code or promotion applies per order.
• Discounts can't be applied to past orders, exchanged for cash or applied to shipping unless the offer says so.

Marketing messages

If you sign up for our emails or texts, you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe from email at any time with the link in any message, or reply STOP to texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including our use of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

Intellectual property

All illustrations, logos, product photos, copy and brand materials on this site belong to Drive Happy or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from our artwork or site content without our written permission.

Buying a print or tee gives you ownership of that physical item for personal display and use. It doesn't transfer any copyright in the artwork.

Vehicle makes and models are referenced for descriptive purposes only. Drive Happy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Disrupt, overload, abusively scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the store
• Submit false order information or attempt payment fraud
• Use our products or site to infringe anyone else's rights

We may refuse service or cancel orders if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Drive Happy and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some places don't allow certain limits on liability. Where that's the case, our liability is limited to the maximum the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Related policies

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
